Education and Training

Dr. Syed obtained his Bachelor of Science with distinction from McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 2010. He completed his medical degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York in 2014 graduating with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Both his general surgery and urology residencies were completed at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Syed’s interests include minimally invasive robotic surgery to treat conditions of the genitourinary system and prosthetics for male incontinence and erectile disfunction.
