We know that waiting in line to check in can be frustrating. So, we want you to know about a check-in tool we use. It’s called Phreesia and it’s built to save you valuable time and get you in to see your provider quicker.

Here’s how it works:

• Prior to your visit, you will receive a reminder about your appointment. You’ll also have the ability to review and update your health information.

• Upon arrival at your appointment, if you haven’t already completed or reviewed your health information, you will be given an iPad to complete it in person. Our staff will happily help you with this process if needed.

It’s that easy!

We encourage you to do as much via text/phone prior to your arrival to make your check-in quicker. And of course, our friendly staff will be ready to help you as you learn how to use Phreesia.
