Education and Training

Dr. Curran received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University, and his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine where he graduated with honors. He served a General Surgery Internship at Case Western Reserve University/ University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, followed by a Urology Residency at the same location. He also served the Melbourne Men’s Health Clinical Urology Fellowship in Andrology, Microsurgery and Sexual Medicine in Melbourne, Australia.

He has worked as a research mentor, an exam instructor, and was a board member of the American Medical Association Medical Student Section.

Certifications, Memberships, Accomplishments

Dr. Curran is a member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the American Urological Association.

Along with his colleagues, his work has been published in many medical journals including JAMA Internal Medicine, Fertility and Sterility, Journal of Sexual Medicine, and Canadian Urological Association Journal. He has presented his work at numerous conferences and has been cited in the New York Times and other publications.
