Haley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Chemistry and Biology in 2020 from Florida State University in Tallahassee. She followed with a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA.

As a student, Haley received special training in numerous surgical procedures and the steps involved in preparing for surgery. Her classwork covered multiple medical specialties: emergency medicine, family medicine, general surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, and dermatology.
