Haley was born in raised in Panama City and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Chemistry and Biology in 2020 from Florida State University. She followed with a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA.

Haley has extensive experience in dermatology and a strong multidisciplinary foundation from her medical education. Her background spans emergency medicine, family medicine, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, surgery and internal medicine. She now has a clinical focus in urology, working alongside highly experienced urologists.
